Our team consists of Cambridge academics which means that we are in a unique position to customise our offering to suit an institution’s needs. We work closely with our users and institutions to understand their priorities and students’ needs. We are happy to add or modify content as appropriate.

The Summatic team are available to support your student questions, on anything from technical set-up to content!
Subscriptions are charged on a per student, per academic year basis. This includes access to all the resources, diagnostic tests, analytics and class management aligned to your needs.
Costs vary according to institution size, with multi-year and multi-departments discounts available. Please reach out to us and we can provide you with a tailored quote.

Students

When your teacher assigns you a piece of work in Summatic, you will receive an email notifying you. You will also be able to view outstanding assignments under ‘My Current Assignments’ on the ‘Home’ section of the app.
The first step to using Summatic is to download the app on your device from your App Store (Google Play, Windows, Apple, Mac Apple) and create an account. For detailed instruction on how to create an account and use our app, refer to our students’ guide.
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial.
Just download Summatic onto your device from your App Store (Google Play, Windows, Apple, Mac Apple) and create an account.
Currently, we only offer subscriptions through your institution.
It may be worth checking with your teacher or university department as to whether they have undertaken a trial before.
If you need any support, or encounter a problem with the app or resources, please send an email to contact@summatic.co.uk or use the feedback button in the app.
If you are the first to report a problem, Summatic will fix it and send you a small book token!
Technical help
You can use Summatic on your mobile, tablet, laptop and PC. For more detail on system requirements, please refer to the descriptions found on your device store.
We provide full support as you get set up, and remain on hand to answer any questions that you, your students or colleagues might have. Please also refer to our teachers’ and students’ guides.

- Student account has access to the assessments assigned by the teacher, learning resources, and practice questions.
- Teacher account: it has similar access to the student’s account and in addition class management that includes analytics, questions bank, and the ability to add students.
- The admin account has the same access as the teacher’s account in addition they can add and remove teachers.
1. Create a ‘New Class’ in the ‘Classes’ tab.
2. Generate an invite code in the ‘Admin’ tab.
3. Students will receive an email with an invite code, which they can enter on their ‘Account’ page in the app to join the class.
